Aleesha could make herself the top female professional bodybuilder during the later half of 2010. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born into a family of athletes. Her dad was an athlete Aleesha's siblings were involved in activities like playing ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before including basketball, soccer, and softball. Her professional card was issued after she won NPC USA Championships. She first began competing in the year 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she finished 9th. In 2015, she maintained her ninth place result. Aleesha got herself into the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Aleesha is consistently improving her performance since then, won her very first pro competition in Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking at the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 the bodybuilder completed her most impressive WOS Rising Phoenix performance, as she was ranked fourth. However, the "World's toughest mother" was forced to take a break because of her health.
